The two-time Ironman Hawaii champion offered a practical lesson, providing valuable tips for efficient and sustainable performance improvement. In 2024, the Audi Performance Camp expanded with Patrick Lange again sharing his expertise on high performance. Advanced triathlon participants experienced hands-on training, pushing their limits with bike rides, intensive running and technique training, exclusive swim sessions, a material workshop with Canyon, and the Audi driving experience.
